Comfort and Convenience at the top of the Village
Lakeside Falls Creek is a lodge style hotel. A range of guest room styles and sizes cater for 2-5 people. Located at the top of the village, the panoramic views of the Summit from our lounge and bar area are truly stunning.
Here, our in-house guests have use of all lounge facilities including pool table, library, games and open fire, whilst enjoying complimentary tea or coffee until 4pm daily. As the sun goes down, the lounge, bar and restaurant come alive for apres ski festivities (winter season) for in-house and public guests alike. Enjoy classic cocktails, comfort food, local wines and beers and true mountain hospitality. If you are not staying with us, swing by for a drink, snack or dinner from 4pm.
What’s in a name? Well, your guess is as good as ours. We are not exactly ‘lake-side’, although Rocky Valley Lake is a stunningly picturesque hike, bike or cross country ski along the aqueduct path adjacent to the hotel. We assume that we are named after the Lakeside poma, which accesses some great ski runs between Towers area and Scotts.
The building is lovingly being restored to it’s former glory under new ownership. Lakeside is once again the place to stay and play in Falls Creek.
